Lucknow: Hotel Celestial Manor has officially announced its expansion with the launch of a new premium hospitality project, “The Arcadium Central,” in the Telibagh–Vrindavan area of Lucknow. The upcoming development will be built in accordance with 4-star standards, focusing on modern hospitality services and world-class amenities.
The announcement was made during a press conference graced by Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister Rakesh Sachan as the chief guest. Addressing the gathering, he stated that the state government is prioritizing investment and infrastructure development. He emphasized that private sector initiatives such as this not only generate local employment but also stimulate economic activity. Calling it a positive step toward regional development, he lauded the promoters for strengthening Lucknow’s hospitality landscape.
Chairman Manish Verma said that “The Arcadium Central” will be developed with modern amenities, high service standards, and systematic management. He noted that the expansion has been planned keeping in mind the growing demand in the hotel industry and the rapid urban expansion of Lucknow, with the aim of delivering international-standard services to guests.
The new hotel will feature 136 well-appointed rooms. It will also include two grand banquet halls—one with a capacity of 250 to 300 guests and another accommodating 400 to 450 guests. Together, the banquet facilities will host approximately 800 to 900 guests at a time, making the venue ideal for large social, corporate, and family events.
In addition to accommodation and event spaces, the property will offer modern facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and salon, positioning it as a comprehensive premium hospitality destination.
On the occasion, Dr. Saurabh Sachan, Vice Chairman of Dinanath Group and Managing Director of Arcadium, informed that an MoU has been signed with Rashi Infratech for the development of the project. He assured that construction will be completed within the stipulated timeline while maintaining strict quality standards.
With “The Arcadium Central,” Hotel Celestial Manor aims to further consolidate its presence in the hospitality sector and transform the Telibagh–Vrindavan corridor into a new premium hotel destination in Lucknow.
